Jeff Wooten

Jeff Wooten, “The Body Mechanic”™, is a Fitness Trainer, and a Certified Specialist in Martial Arts Conditioning. Jeff’s fitness concepts are a unique combination of Martial Arts, Power Yoga, and creative calisthenics.

Candace Seidl

Candace started her yoga journey in 2004 because she was looking for something that would hold her interest. In her first Yoga class, Candace realized she was home. Yoga put all the pieces together; mind, body, and spirit and touched my heart, my soul, and my love of movement.

Kimberly Weber

Kimberly Weber has been training at The Body Mechanic since 2014, and began teaching TBM fitness classes in 2020.  Kimberly is a fully qualified TBM Strength-Stretching coach, and is a nationally certified trainer under NASM.  She teaches Strength-Stretching privately, as well as leads group classes.

WHAT WE DO

TUNE-UPS

Just like your vehicle, your body requires regular maintenance, especially once you are past age 40.  But instead of an oil change and tire rotation, your body thrives on stretching, deep breathing and focused resistance training.  This idea is what lead to the development of our brand, The “Tune-Up”. The combination of stretching, deep breathing and focused resistance training enables your body to heal itself, while training your brain to relax, ridding you of chronic pain and tension.

PREHAB THERAPY

The single most important thing you can do for your health is daily therapeutic training.  And our Prehab Therapy program is built on Deep Breathing Exercise. We know time is an issue for most people, so we have designed our daily PREHAB THERAPY class for you to complete in 20 minutes or less from the luxury of your own home, or wherever you have internet access!
