We train in a holistic manner using only calisthenic exercises. This means each of the exercises

to trying to "isolate" body parts using weights. After all, when you perform athletically (martial arts,
running, dancing, housework, etc.), you use all of your muscles synergistically to complete the task. Why
not train that way?
These workouts can be done by anyone at any age because there are no weights to lift. Each exercise can
be modified to be as easy or difficult as you'd like.
The exercises simultaneously develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. So there is no need to spend 30
minutes on the stair master and 30 minutes lifting weights. You can get all you need in 20 minutes or less!
Since we don't use weights, you will be able to do most of the exercises on your own without the need for
a "spotter." Plus, our exercises develop long, lean muscles as opposed to the short, compact muscles you
