"Jeff, It's a pleasure to give my feed back. I am still only at stage 1. But I am getting up at 6:10 am every morning and practicing 2 exercises taught in the Dynamic Power Breathing e-book. First one is to stand in front of a mirror, exhale, bend in the waist, put hands on the thies and pull your stomach in as much as you can.
I bought your Dynamic Power Breathing book a couple of months ago and love it. I started to work on the drills and have noticed a difference. I eventually want to try the power running drills. I think this book would really help people not only with asthma (like your daughter), but also people who suffer with High Blood Pressure. You should market it towards them. There aren’t any books out there like this, trust me I have looked into it."

"Even though I play tennis about 5-6 times / week, I know I need to cross train in order to be as healthy as possible and to perform better on the courts. DPT is the perfect addition to my exercise routine. Not only am I slimming down (lost a couple of pounds this month alone) but I'm stronger and much more flexible. This has translated into much better performance on the courts. In fact yesterday I played in a tennis tournament which included 4.5 hours of playing time on the courts THEN went to the DPT class at 5 pm. Only a couple of months ago, I couldn't do a class and play a match in the same day. Now, I'm much more fit and feel absolutely great.

"Let me start by saying that I'm the type of person that keeps all their stress in their neck and shoulders. In fact the more stress I have in my life the more I look like a turtle going into it's shell. When it got so bad the my neck was disappearing a friend told me about Jeff and his wonderful Strength Stretching Massage. I went for my session and when I was done I was like a different person. I could actually stand up straight and like the turtle coming out of his shell I had a neck again. My shoulders were where they belonged and the weight on them was gone. Next I plan to try the DPT classes. Who knows by the time I'm done I'll be a whole new person"
"I have been working out with Jeff Wooten for about 2 years now and I would have to say that I’m in the best shape of my life since high school. I know that might sound cliché for a 43 year old, but it is true! I have been a very active adult. Since my early 20’s, I’ve always participated in exercise classes and fitness programs; in addition, I’ve always maintained healthy eating habits. I always thought I was in decent shape but after working out with Jeff, I can now see drastic changes in my body shape that I know I can maintain for years to come.
I started to go to Jeff’s Dynamic Power Training classes in 2005 and met some of his other clients. I’ve also seen a drastic fitness improvement in these people as well. Most of them are women ranging in ages from mid 30’s to mid 50’s. All of our strength and flexibility has improved dramatically. What attributes to that success is a combination of Jeff’s motivational style and the exercises themselves. First off, Jeff really enjoys what he does so his motivation for our continued fitness improvements is evident. People naturally respond to positive encouragement and this is what I get and his other clients get both in the classes and in the personal training sessions. Secondly, the exercises themselves are very challenging but they can be accomplished by anyone. I was a beginner with them once and I improved gradually and I still today improve doing some of the same movements.
I would encourage anyone to at least try his workout programs. I think once you try you will be hooked because of both the improvements you see and the fact that it just plain fun!"
"Hi Jeff! I just bought the bridge video and watched it. I liked it a lot because I had been doing the bridge since I had bought your other e-book like 2 months ago where you had a report about the bridge and back pain.
It is the bridge the best ever exercise I have done to reduce the pain in my lower back. I even have started to run again like I use to do 3 years ago and surely it's thanks to the bridge. Now I can see the technique to do it and I hope it will be even better.
Don't you have any other technique like this to avoid hurting the knees? I love running and even though I do it on grass, time-to-time acute pains set me limp. Ok Jeff, thanks for one of the greatest tip I ever heard. I know I have serious disk problems following EMR tests but this has really helped. A lot of drugs have been avoided and this is good. "I have been training in one form or another for most of my life, and I’ve never run across a work out like Jeff’s. After a year of classes, my flexibility has increased dramatically, as has my general muscle tone. Any time Jeff is running a workout, I know I am going to leave everything I have out on the mat. On the Jujitsu side, Jeff is a patient instructor and a knowledgeable teacher. He takes his time explaining each step of a lesson and is very organized in his progressions. He always brings energy to spare and his positive attitude is as consistent as it is contagious.
I’ve found his knowledge of the body and its workings to be integral in preventing injury. Practicing a vigorous, physical activity two to three times a week, I still have never suffered an injury in Jeff’s jujitsu class. That alone is nothing short of amazing."
