"I’ve tried for years to find an exercise program that I liked and could stick with, and with Jeff, 'The Body Mechanic', I finally did! In December 2007, I began actively working with Jeff to become a runner, my desired form of exercise because I can do it anywhere/anytime and with my dogs on a regular basis.

"Jeff, I just wanted to e-mail you and say thanks! Yesterday was of course Easter and I found myself at a friend’s party with of course tons of great foods. My favorite of which was bread dip. I started ediets on December 27, 2005 and have since lost 30 pounds.
I have been working out 5 days a week and eating better. My name is Lilianna Fernandez. I'm a 17 year old elite-triathlete. I just recently competed in age group nationals in Vermont and qualified for World Championships next September in London! The excitement of this accomplishment can only be expressed because of Jeff Wooten and Mary Wire.
"Even though I play tennis about 5-6 times / week, I know I need to cross train in order to be as healthy as possible and to perform better on the courts. DPT is the perfect addition to my exercise routine. Not only am I slimming down (lost a couple of pounds this month alone) but I'm stronger and much more flexible. This has translated into much better performance on the courts. In fact yesterday I played in a tennis tournament which included 4.5 hours of playing time on the courts THEN went to the DPT class at 5 pm. Only a couple of months ago, I couldn't do a class and play a match in the same day. Now, I'm much more fit and feel absolutely great.
Every time that I leave a DPT class, I feel great. Not only because I accomplished something but because my body feels flexible and strong. Since re-committing to attend twice per week, I am moving beyond and repairing my old injuries of tennis elbow, achilles issues, and a very old rotator cuff problem. "I've been exercising regularly for years but had hit a plateau in my training. I had really lost my motivation because I was not getting trim, toned, and strong.

In fact the more stress I have in my life the more I look like a turtle going into it's shell. "I have been working out with Jeff Wooten for about 2 years now and I would have to say that I’m in the best shape of my life since high school. I know that might sound cliché for a 43 year old, but it is true! I have been a very active adult. Since my early 20’s, I’ve always participated in exercise classes and fitness programs; in addition, I’ve always maintained healthy eating habits. I always thought I was in decent shape but after working out with Jeff, I can now see drastic changes in my body shape that I know I can maintain for years to come.
I started to go to Jeff’s Dynamic Power Training classes in 2005 and met some of his other clients. I’ve also seen a drastic fitness improvement in these people as well. Most of them are women ranging in ages from mid 30’s to mid 50’s. All of our strength and flexibility has improved dramatically. "Hi Jeff! I just bought the bridge video and watched it. I liked it a lot because I had been doing the bridge since I had bought your other e-book like 2 months ago where you had a report about the bridge and back pain.
It is the bridge the best ever exercise I have done to reduce the pain in my lower back. I even have started to run again like I use to do 3 years ago and surely it's thanks to the bridge. Now I can see the technique to do it and I hope it will be even better.
Don't you have any other technique like this to avoid hurting the knees? I love running and even though I do it on grass, time-to-time acute pains set me limp. Ok Jeff, thanks for one of the greatest tip I ever heard. I know I have serious disk problems following EMR tests but this has really helped. A lot of drugs have been avoided and this is good. "I have been training in one form or another for most of my life, and I’ve never run across a work out like Jeff’s. After a year of classes, my flexibility has increased dramatically, as has my general muscle tone. Any time Jeff is running a workout, I know I am going to leave everything I have out on the mat. On the Jujitsu side, Jeff is a patient instructor and a knowledgeable teacher. He takes his time explaining each step of a lesson and is very organized in his progressions. He always brings energy to spare and his positive attitude is as consistent as it is contagious.
I’ve found his knowledge of the body and its workings to be integral in preventing injury. Practicing a vigorous, physical activity two to three times a week, I still have never suffered an injury in Jeff’s jujitsu class. That alone is nothing short of amazing."
